AGM – Pau So British – Au Pau Golf Club – Wednesday – 11-Sept-2019

Our Annual General Meeting on WEDNESDAY 11 September 2019, will be held at 19:00hrs at the Pau Golf Club, Rue du Golf, 64140 Billère.
The agenda will be:
1 – Moral report of the President for year 2018/19 and vote,
2 – Financial Report of the Treasurer and vote,
3 – Setting the amount of the subscriptions for 2019/20,
4 – Presentation of the 2019/20 program year,
5 – Any other business.
The meeting will be followed by a meal at 20.00hrs (at 25.00€ all included. Aperitif, main course, sweet, water, wine and coffee)
* Only members up to date with their annual contributions may vote.

l’AG, sera suivie d’un dîner à 20h00 (à 25€ tout compris : apéritif, plat, dessert, eau et vins, café).
*Seuls les membres à jour de leurs cotisations peuvent participer au vote.
