Dear Friends of Pau So British-The International Club,

You are cordially invited to participate in our Annual General Meeting on WEDNESDAY June 06, 2018, to be held at 19:00hrs at l’ANAÏAK (The brasserie du FIN GOURMET, in front of the railway station, privatized for us on that evening)

Here is the agenda:
1 – Moral report of the President for year 2017/18 and vote,
2 – Financial Report of the Treasurer and vote,
3 – Setting the amount of the subscriptions for 2018/19,
4 – Presentation of the 2018/19 program year,
5 – Any other business.
Your participation to this meeting is important for the life of our Club. We kindly count on your presence!
The meeting will be followed by a meal at 20.00hrs (at 35.00€ all included. Aperitif, first course, main course, sweet, water, wine and coffee)
* Only members up to date with their annual contributions may vote.
